> the Uffizi Gallery, one of the world’s leading art museums, with works by Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Botticelli, Giotto, Filippo Lippi, Raphael, Rubens, Van Dyck, Rembrandt, Caravaggio and Tintoretto.

> the Monumental Complex of Santa Maria del Fiore, which through the admission package to the Great Museum of the Cathedral of Florence allows access to the following sites:

  • Galleria dell’Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore (Museum of the Works of the Cathedral)
  • Brunelleschi's Dome
  • Giotto's Bell Tower
  • Baptistery of San Giovanni
  • Ruins of Santa Reparata

 

Choose your preferred time for the Uffizi Gallery! We will confirm the closest available time on the same day, and you will also receive your ticket to the Great Museum of the Cathedral of Florence for use by midnight on the sixth day from the date selected for the Uffizi (and valid for 24 hours from accessing the first monument of the complex).

IMPORTANT NOTE: The time you select on the order form is your preferred time. The Uffizi will automatically confirm the closest available time, which can be anytime during opening hours on the selected date, if your preferred time is no longer available.

 

Reservations must be requested at least 1 working day in advance.

You will receive:

a voucher for the Uffizi Gallery, valid for your entire group. You MUST PRINT this voucher in order to collect the tickets at the reservations (“prenotati”) counter at the Museum, 15 minutes before the confirmed time.

a ticket for the Great Museum of the Cathedral of Florence, for every member of your group. You MUST PRINT these vouchers containing a barcode readable by the turnstiles at the entrances of the various sites. The ticket is NOT recommended for use on electronic devices.

 

Important: after successfully completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. In order to receive this email, please make sure to enter your e-mail address correctly and check your spam filters or antivirus.

CANCELLATION POLICY: no refund unless the monuments remain closed for the entire period of validity of tickets.

** ATTENTION groups: for proper generation of tickets, the maximum number of tickets per order is 10. It is therefore necessary to place an order for every ten persons or fraction thereof. **

 

** THE UFFIZI GALLERY **

Opening Hours: Tuesday through Sunday: 8:15am to 6:50pm. Closed on Mondays.

Location: the Uffizi Gallery is located in Piazzale degli Uffizi, in the center of Florence.

 

Rules of conduct

The following are forbidden within the museum:

  • touching the works of art
  • leaning against the sculpture pedestals/bases or walls
  • smoking
  • litteriing with chewing gum
  • consuming food and drink
  • sitting on the ground and or on the security barriers
  • speaking loudly
  • behaving in ways not suited to the dignity of the place
  • bringing backpacks and umbrellas; on a rainy day it is a good idea to use only small handbag umbrellas
  • using your mobile phone
  • using the telescopic extender to take photographs (“selfie stick”)
  • using laser pointers

> Taking photographs and videos ise permitted provided they are taken without flash, lights and tripods, for personal, non-profit use only.

> Using the elevator at the entrance of the museum is reserved for people who have special needs – including temporary – and the maximum capacity is 6 persons at a time.

Uffizi Gallery Audio Guides Rental Service

Make the most of your visit to the Uffizi Gallery – book your Uffizi Gallery audio guide, after choosing the date, time, and number of tickets for your visit to the Uffizi Gallery! The Uffizi Gallery is one of the richest museums in the world, with some of the greatest artistic treasures of mankind on view. Make sure you don't miss important works of art, and supplement what you know with the audio guide's insightful commentary.

Audio guides are available in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, and Japanese.

The audio guided visit has a complete duration of 1 hour and 25 minutes and includes a selection of the most important works of art in the Gallery. To learn more about the works of art on view, choose the desired room and listen to the explanation of selected works in that room.

You will receive a confirmation voucher (valid only for the audio guide) together with the confirmation voucher for your visit to the museum. In order to pick up the audio guide, please deposit this voucher at the Audio Guides Desk – close to the point for reading the electronic ticket – along with a valid identity document (passports, identity cards or driver's license – only originals are accepted).

In case of loss or failure to return the audio guide, visitors will be requested to pay the cost (€ 250.00 per each audio guide).

 

** GREAT MUSEUM CATHEDRAL OF FLORENCE **

Online pre-purchase of the combo ticket that allows entry to all the sites of the Great Museum of the Cathedral of Florence – the Monumental Complex of Santa Maria del Fiore.

 

Combo Ticket includes access to:

> Pre-purchased ticket allows one entry to each site of the Great Museum of the Cathedral of Florence. Ticket does not allow two entries to the same monument.

> Pre-purchase does not allow priority admission to any monument.

> Ticket must be used within midnight of the sixth day from the date selected at the moment of the purchase, and is valid for 24 hours from entering the first monument.

> Ticket contains a barcode readable by the turnstiles at the entrances of the various sites.

Customers with ticket must go directly to the entrance line of each monument, without going through the cashier/ticketing line.

> Your ticket is personal and nontransferable.

 

IMPORTANT – Code of Conduct

The monumental complex of Santa Maria del Fiore is above all a place of worship. Visitors are asked to respect some simple rules. Your pre-purchased ticket DOES NOT guarantee access or the possibility to stay inside the monument. You may be asked to leave if you choose not to respect the following:

  • Appropriate clothing is required – no bare arms/shoulders or bare legs
  • Please respect the silence
  • Please turn your mobile phones and other electronic devices off
  • Do not eat nor drink
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Works of art must not be touched
  • No smoking
  • No flash photography or tripod

PLEASE NOTE: Entry with large suitcases is not permitted. There is no wardrobe available.
